Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SN Alberta Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and direct a team of food service staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, and prepare reports to track sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with standing for extended periods and walking required.
