Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical systems and processes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and technical support principles.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
