Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Road Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing roads and other infrastructure assets. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair roads and other infrastructure assets, including bridges, tunnels, and signage.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting roads and infrastructure.
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out infrastructure components, such as guardrails and fencing.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as trucks and excavators, to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The working conditions for this role will be outdoors, with exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The role will also require working at heights and in confined spaces.
