Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ferrovial. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our road assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on roadways, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as trucks, excavators, and cranes, to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect and repair road surfaces, including potholes, cracks, and other damage.
  • Install and maintain traffic control devices, including signs, cones, and barriers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in infrastructure maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to traffic and outdoor weather conditions. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces is required.
