Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ferrovial. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our road network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on roads, highways, and other infrastructure assets.
  • Repair and maintain bridges, tunnels, and other structures.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, graders, and asphalt pavers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • CDL, DOT/MTO certifications, and electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to traffic, weather conditions, and physical demands. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces is also required.
