We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tank Liner Technician to join our team at Brant Corrosion Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our rubber materials and products.
Key Responsibilities- Product Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of our products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Train and assist in the training of other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Material Preparation and Assembly: Lay out and prepare rubber materials for assembly, and operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
- Defect Identification and Repair: Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards, and make minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of product inspections, quality control measures, and training activities.
- Work Site Environment: Our work site is a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, with exposure to noisy, dusty, and hot conditions.
