The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to read blueprints and production drawings, and have good manual dexterity and attention to detail.


Responsibilities

  • Fill out product inspection reports
  • Check and monitor product quality
  • Train or assist in the training of other workers
  • Lay out and prepare rubber materials for assembly
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products
  • Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Make minor adjustments or repairs to products
  • Read blueprints, written specifications and production drawings

Work Environment

The work environment is noisy, dusty, and hot. The candidate must be able to work in a physically demanding environment and have the ability to stand for extended periods.


Requirements

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Accurate, dependable, organized, and a team player
  • Ability to relocate
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
