The Senior Manager of Critical Care Education and Aeromedical Transport holds a crucial leadership position aimed at advancing educational initiatives and ensuring excellence in critical care, aviation services, and inter-facility transfers. This role is instrumental in delivering superior out-of-hospital care and empowering staff to cultivate and sustain essential competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing educational programs and curricula to foster ongoing clinical enhancement
- Engaging with diverse stakeholders to attain targeted practice results
- Facilitating the translation of knowledge from theoretical frameworks to practical applications
- Providing guidance in educational efforts across various clinical licensing levels within the organization
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Adult Education, Clinical Practice, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in healthcare or pre-hospital settings
- Experience in critical care within an aeromedical transport context
- Capability to develop and execute advanced practice learning initiatives
