Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to sales staff to ensure they are equipped to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
