About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at WESCO 150 MILE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Visual Display: Work with the buying team to ensure that the store is merchandised and displayed in a way that is visually appealing and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including processing transactions, managing cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Retail business
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
