About the Role

Aujla Drywall Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, applying successive coats of compound, and ensuring a smooth finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install drywall sheets, measuring and cutting them to fit specific areas.
  • Apply coats of compound, sanding seams and joints to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Fill joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife.
  • Estimate costs and materials for drywall projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Work Environment

As a Drywall Installer, you will work in various locations, often outdoors, and in dusty environments. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in physically demanding conditions.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in drywall installation.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Dependability, judgement, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential.
