Financial Controller

Knowhirematch is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of accounting functions for Canada, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Lead and support on tax reporting, internal and external audits, and risk controls.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with HQ and Shared Services to implement continuous process improvements and optimize financial processes.
- Responsible for timely and quality closes for month-end and year-end.
- Lead other special projects and ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Six plus years experience in Financial Accounting, 3 years team leadership experience.
- Experience in public accounting preferred.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Excel, Power Point.
- CPA.
This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package and pension plan.
