IT Director for Disability Management Quality and Training

Concordia University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead our Disability Management Quality and Training initiatives. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to our students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead system acquisition initiatives and manage maintenance & support contracts.
- Manage relationships and product roadmaps with externally sourced infrastructure providers.
- Represent the University on external committees, monitoring industry trends and providing strategic direction on the integration of emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement ITIL best practices to ensure efficient and effective IT service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering, with preference given to a degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.
- At least 10 years of pertinent systems experience, with at least 5 years in a management capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scale IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
