About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Shop Supervisor to join our team at All can Doors & Hardware Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our machine shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Manage Costs: Accurately estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring that we stay within budget.
  • Operate CADD and Computer Software: Proficiently operate CADD and other computer software systems to design and manage production processes.
  • Prepare Bids and Reports: Prepare detailed bids and production reports, ensuring that all necessary information is included.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Coordinate and schedule activities with team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Oversee Shop Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Supervise workers and projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Use CNC Machines: Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture high-quality products.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Machine Shop Supervisor who can lead our production team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a machine shop or related field.
  • Language: English.
