Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition consulting.
  • Proficiency in all facets of recruitment, including candidate sourcing, networking, job analysis, salary benchmarks, and relationship management.
  • Ability to cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong influencing skills to identify key candidates during searches.
  • Advanced expertise in candidate evaluation and sourcing techniques.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
