Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to meet business needs
  • Source and attract top talent for various roles, including niche and high-volume positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and applicant tracking system mining, to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Maintain knowledge of compensation offerings, benefits, and salary structures to effectively communicate with candidates
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Expert-level knowledge of sourcing components, including qualifying candidates, networking, job analysis, and salary trends
  • Proven success in building credibility with hiring managers and influencing talent strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
