Multilingual Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for targeted roles, both niche and high-volume positions, to achieve sourcing metrics and hire high-quality candidates. This role requires a strong networker with tenacious search ethics and exceptional sourcing skills, as well as a savvy understanding of organizational and candidate fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Human Resource Managers and hiring leaders to calibrate new open positions and create candidate profiles for each search.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies, including diversity sourcing methodologies and effective candidate evaluation processes.
- Source positions from individual contributor to management levels.
- Provide market insights and best practices in sourcing, recruiting tools, and position profiles to identify common skill groups.
- Implement a continuous improvement approach to improve workflow efficiency and recruiting processes.
- Grow and cultivate an extended network of professional contacts to identify and source qualified pipeline candidates.
- Develop and execute candidate generation strategies, including direct sourcing and diversity initiatives.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, such as ATS mining, SEO, and social media recruiting, across multiple channels.
- Maintain knowledge of compensation offerings, benefits, salary structures, and long-term incentive plans for potential candidates.
Requirements
- Strongly prefer experience in both staffing firms and corporate environments, as well as sourcing for remote offices.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a recruiting/sourcing consultant.
- Expert-level knowledge in all sourcing components, including qualifying candidates, networking, job analysis, salary trends, and relationship management.
- Proven success in building credibility with hiring managers and utilizing external talent market knowledge to consult with and influence their own talent strategy.
- Ability to understand, articulate, and document a hiring manager's stated requirements and formulate a clear value proposition to attract high-quality candidates.
- Must be both tactical and strategic, with the ability to communicate overall strategic vision and execution details.
- Excellent strategic influencing skills, with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people with different agendas and needs.
- Advanced experience utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies and innovative sourcing/recruitment techniques to recruit passive candidates.
- Ability to effectively build rapport/relationships via the phone.
- English and French required, as the role supports and interacts with team members from all Canadian provinces.
