Job Summary:

The Country Club On The Boardwalk is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Hospitality to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our beverage program, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of front and back of house staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff schedules, ensure adherence to high service level standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu offerings and promotions
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve guest complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a full-service high-volume restaurant
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
