Job Opportunity at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ski & Snowboard Instructors at Fernie Alpine Resort.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests and staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain public and personal safety on lifts
  • Deliver high-quality instruction and coaching to guests of all ages and abilities
  • Complete lesson reports and administrative tasks as required
  • Stay knowledgeable of and adhere to the Alpine Responsibility Code
  • Participate in creating school group itinerary plans and organization
  • Perform general on-hill tasks and maintenance as needed
  • Represent the resort as ambassadors and hosts at various functions
Requirements:
  • CSIA or equivalent certification
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
