About the Role

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of 1-2 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and supplies.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to computer equipment and machinery.
  • Work Schedule
    • Work 30-40 hours per week.
