Warehouse Operations Manager

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure a smooth operation
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
