Warehouse Operations Manager

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of productivity and product quality
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure a smooth operation of the warehouse
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
