About the Role

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of 1-2 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management
    • Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels.
    • Provide analysis and recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Green Job
    • This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
