Warehouse Operations Manager

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing regular updates on inventory levels, supply chain activities, and team performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
