About the Role

Masonal Stone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of 1-2 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Training and Development
    • Provide training and coaching to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to machinery and equipment.
  • Work Schedule
    • Work 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
