Technical Business Analysis Lead with Loyalty System Configuration

Our company, S I Systems, is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong data analytics background to configure rule sets and support Quality Assurance (QA) Testing for products within our Loyalty Management System.
This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in a Canadian city.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analysis or Business Systems Analyst role
- 3+ years of hands-on data analytics experience, including data migrations and data mapping
- Experience configuring and customizing Loyalty Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, or large customer-facing platforms with Oracle databases to enable fulfillment of new features or enhancements, including defining conditions, criteria, rule sets, and other data
- Experience working with various internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and supporting QA Testing with creating Test Cases
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
Desirable Skills:
- Loyalty project experience
- SQL Scripting or expert knowledge in Excel
- Understanding of cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
Key Responsibilities:
- Define requirements and processes to implement solutions with multiple integration points to deliver business initiatives, working with multiple internal and external partners to ensure solution alignment
- Configure the Loyalty Management application to enable fulfillment of program benefits, deliver promotions, or new features or enhancements, including defining conditions, criteria, rule sets, and other data
- Provide input on initiatives impacting Loyalty services or processes to ensure service delivery standards are maintained and business objectives are met, requiring a detailed understanding of processes and integration of all current and future benefits and services
- Guide testing and support as required for implementation of Rewards enhancements, releases, or promotions
