Administrative Coordinator

Acadia Broadcasting is a dynamic media company with a strong presence in Atlantic Canada and Northwestern Ontario. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our corporate Head Office team in Saint John, NB.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule on-air announcements, promotions, and advertising
- Create and distribute daily commercial airtime logs for select stations
- Perform daily deposits and balance payments within the system
- Generate and distribute invoices and account statements on a timely basis
- Ensure customer accounts are maintained and updated
- Provide reports and support to stations and their team members
- Regular interaction with advertising customers
- Ensure consistency and compliance to process and timelines
- Be part of a team performing continuous process improvement
- Ensure contractual rate integrity and consistency for orders entered within the system
- Ensure proper approvals are received on all transactions
- Verify that transactions comply with credit policies and procedures
- Perform general office duties as required
- High school diploma plus some college in a related field
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn and adapt to change
- Computer literacy - working knowledge of MS Office Suite is expected
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Experience in an administrative role is considered an asset
