Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Guest Arrival Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete reports and share information about the local area to enhance the guest experience.
  • Empower guests to feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other operational needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
