Job Summary:

As a Guest Arrival Expert at Marriott Hotels, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will be empowered to take the initiative to provide a wide range of services, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and sharing the highlights of the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Share knowledge of the local area and provide recommendations to guests
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
