Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Hotel Zhu Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure bookings and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
  • Enforce policies and procedures, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Environment

Our hotel is located in an urban area, offering a dynamic and diverse work environment. As a Hotel Assistant Manager, you will be required to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
