Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Hotel Zhu Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
- Negotiate with clients for the use of hotel facilities
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Prepare and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist clients with special needs and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement business plans to improve hotel performance
- Establish work schedules for hotel staff
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
The successful candidate will work in an urban area and will be required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
