Job Summary

Hotel Zhu Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans, promoting our hotel's services and amenities to attract new customers.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize hotel profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in operations management and customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
