Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Enablement to join our RBCx, Ventures Shared Services (VSS) Team. As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the VP of Technology and play a crucial role in providing horizontal services to the entire Venture Portfolio.

What is the Opportunity?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business enablement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business enablement strategies that drive business outcomes and deliver strategic initiatives.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver strategic initiatives.
  3. Provide horizontal services to the entire Venture Portfolio, including technology enablement, process improvement, and change management.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
