We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Enablement to join our RBCx Ventures Shared Services (VSS) Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing horizontal services to the entire Venture Portfolio, underscoring its strategic importance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Business Enablement Team, which consists of Delivery Managers and Managers, Financial Planning and Reporting.
  • Work closely with other constituents across technology and business teams to ensure financial planning, allocation, and reporting.
  • Provide oversight and reporting for Ventures Technology Portfolio - Financial, Delivery, and Technology Risk.
  • Manage and support the financial control environment by ensuring timely and accurate posting of financial information.
  • Provide strong people leadership, recognize and reward performance, mentor direct reports, build their skills, knowledge, and abilities, and manage poor performance.
  • Regularly connect with stakeholders and Ventures SMTs to understand the strategic picture and translate that to the teams.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Technology, Business, or Finance followed by a minimum of 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing finances, budgeting, reporting, and/or performance management.
  • Detail-oriented and operationally savvy, action-oriented individual who continually strives for improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and verbal and written communications skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
