Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Archie's Seafood Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: College or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Client Focus: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service.
