About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at 1390357 BC Ltd. as a key member of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build Business Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting their targets.
Requirements
  • Education: A college diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
