Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Organize and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of work
  • Provide training to staff on their roles and company policies
  • Compile and present reports on operational performance
  • Oversee the functionality of office equipment and resolve any issues
  • Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and suggestions for enhancing productivity and quality
  • Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of team members
  • Manage the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
  • Establish work schedules and procedural guidelines
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position supervises a team of 5-10 individuals, including:

  • Administrative clerks
  • General office clerks
  • Telephone operators
  • Typists and word processing operators
Technical Proficiency

Familiarity with the following software is essential:

  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • QuickBooks
