Administrative Office Manager

The Office Administration Lead at Bari Medicine Professional Corporation plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our medical clinic. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years
- Equivalent experience may also be considered
The role is set within a dynamic medical clinic environment, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate detailed plans to prioritize tasks effectively
- Organize and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide training to staff on their roles and company policies
- Compile and present reports on operational performance
- Oversee the functionality of office equipment and resolve any issues
- Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and suggestions for enhancing productivity and quality
- Coordinate, assign, and evaluate the work of team members
- Manage the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Establish work schedules and procedural guidelines
This position supervises a team of 5-10 individuals, including:
- Administrative clerks
- General office clerks
- Telephone operators
- Typists and word processing operators
Familiarity with the following software is essential:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- QuickBooks
The role is characterized by a fast-paced environment that demands a keen attention to detail.
Personal AttributesThe ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organized
A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
