About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at BSC Global Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Technology: Maintain and update our technology systems, including software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security and safety.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software applications.
