Digital Design Instructor

North Island College is seeking qualified instructors to deliver engaging and impactful Digital Design courses in the upcoming Fall term.
As a member of our dedicated teaching faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of creative professionals by guiding students through the fundamentals and advanced applications of digital design.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Developing and delivering engaging learning materials for both face-to-face and online environments.
- Utilizing a variety of teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.
- Maintaining accurate student records and submitting grades in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the department.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A Master's degree in Communication Design or a related field, along with relevant industry experience.
- Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
- Demonstrated expertise in contemporary graphic design principles, branding strategies, and marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
