Senior Risk Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join myGwork, a leading platform for the LGBTQ+ business community, as a Senior Analyst Risk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an optimized digital experience for our people.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with P&C Centers of Excellence, P&C Product Managers, Technology teams, and P&C Digital Enabling Talent and Learning peers to deliver an optimized digital experience for our people.
- Act as a technical P&C expert for both new and reoccurring initiatives to ensure seamless and on-time delivery.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements and field requests from cross-functional partners.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solution recommendations to mitigate data quality issues.
- Create and maintain systems configuration requirement documents.
- 3+ years of experience working in HR Ops as a HR Analyst or similar.
- Deep subject matter expertise of HRIS (Workday Talent and Performance Management, and/or Docebo LMS preferred).
- Strong requirements management skills, including elicitation, scoping, prioritizing, risks/issues management.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent streams of work with a drive to get things done within tight deadlines.
