Senior Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Culture Functional Analyst to join our team at Lululemon. As a key member of our Talent Activation and Learning teams, you will work closely with P&C Product Managers, Technology teams, and P&C Digital Enabling Talent and Learning peers to deliver an optimized digital experience for our people.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a technical P&C expert for both new and reoccurring initiatives to ensure seamless and on-time delivery.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Field requests and gather requirements from cross-functional partners for new or changed functionality pertaining to people processes that live in our digital solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solution recommendations to P&C Product Managers & IT People Systems team to mitigate data quality issues.
- Create and maintain systems configuration requirement documents.
- 3+ years of experience working in HR Ops as a HR Analyst (or similar).
- Deep subject matter expertise of HRIS (Workday Talent and Performance Management, and/or Docebo LMS preferred) with strong working knowledge of business processes supported within these technology-based solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent streams of work with a drive to get things done within tight deadlines.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues identified through audits and testing activities.
- Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
