The Role:
We are seeking a Director of Total Rewards to become an integral part of our People & Culture division.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of People & Culture, the Director of Total Rewards will spearhead the development, execution, and oversight of our compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies. This position demands close collaboration with senior management, HR teams, and external partners to elevate Aviso's employee value proposition, attract top talent, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Oversee the total rewards, compensation, and benefits center of excellence, providing guidance and support to the Total Rewards, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that ensure our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs are competitive and sustainable.
- Market Analysis: Conduct job evaluations and market reviews, leading our cyclical salary survey and compensation processes to maintain alignment with industry standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver exceptional experiences to stakeholders, positioning Total Rewards as a trusted partner.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and rewards, preferably in a complex organization.
- Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
- Proven leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role managing teams.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
