Executive Director of Employee Rewards
We are seeking a dynamic Executive Director of Employee Rewards to lead our People & Culture initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of People & Culture, you will be at the forefront of crafting, executing, and overseeing comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks. Your role will involve close collaboration with senior executives, HR professionals, and external stakeholders to enhance our employee value proposition, attract top talent, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the total rewards, compensation, and benefits center of excellence
- Guide and develop the Total Rewards, Payroll, and Benefits teams
- Formulate cohesive and strategic total rewards initiatives
- Manage job evaluations, market analyses, and compensation frameworks
- Remain informed on compensation-related legislation, trends, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and rewards
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in team leadership
- Possession of CHRP, CCP, or equivalent HR certifications is advantageous
- Strong business insight and ethical standards
- Excellent consultative communication and relationship management abilities
- Proficient presentation skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft products

Compensation:
$140,000 - $170,000 CAD annually
