Senior Director of Total Rewards

The Senior Director of Total Rewards will play a pivotal role in shaping the compensation and benefits landscape at Aviso Wealth Inc. Reporting directly to the Vice President of People & Culture, this position is tasked with the design, execution, and oversight of comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. You will collaborate with executive leadership, HR professionals, and external stakeholders to enhance the employee value proposition, attract top talent, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the total rewards and compensation center of excellence
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the Total Rewards, Payroll, and Benefits teams
  • Formulate and implement cohesive total rewards strategies
  • Manage job evaluations, market analyses, and compensation frameworks
  • Stay informed on compensation-related regulations, trends, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years in compensation, benefits, and rewards management
  • Experience in the financial services sector is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Professional designations such as CHRP, CCP, or similar are advantageous
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ethical integrity
  • Exceptional consultative communication and relationship management skills
  • Proficient presentation skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft products

Compensation:

$140,000 - $170,000 CAD annually
