Position Summary:

Stir Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Total Rewards division. The successful candidate will be tasked with formulating and overseeing compensation initiatives that align with our comprehensive total rewards framework. This position entails crafting and executing diverse compensation strategies aimed at attracting and retaining exceptional talent while enhancing organizational performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Partner with HR and organizational leaders to deliver expert guidance on compensation matters.
  • Evaluation: Assess existing compensation methodologies and propose enhancements to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and industry benchmarks.
  • Communication: Effectively articulate compensation frameworks and policies to promote clarity throughout the organization.
  • Market Analysis: Spearhead the benchmarking process, scrutinize market data, and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments.
  • Design: Leverage data analytics to establish impactful salary and incentive structures.
  • Integration: Facilitate the incorporation of compensation data and workflows into current systems to boost operational efficiency.
  • Industry Awareness: Remain informed about market dynamics and trends in compensation practices.
  • Project Leadership: Manage and contribute to various initiatives within the Total Rewards scope.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in compensation management, ideally within the financial services sector with an emphasis on sales compensation.
  • Skills: Proficient analytical, Excel, and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Certifications: CCP designation or equivalent credentials are advantageous.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Workday and Shareworks Solium is preferred.
