Regional Manager BC - Overview

The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with community stakeholders, managing program delivery and fundraising initiatives, and leading a team of volunteers to achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery

The Regional Manager will oversee the development and implementation of programs that address the needs of our target communities, including poverty alleviation, education, and healthcare initiatives. This will involve:

  • Designing and implementing program strategies to achieve our mission and goals
  • Managing program budgets and resources
  • Coordinating with community stakeholders and partners to deliver programs
  • Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness

Fundraising

The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our programs and mission. This will involve:

  • Designing and implementing fundraising campaigns to achieve our revenue goals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Managing fundraising events and activities
  • Developing and implementing donor stewardship strategies

Event Planning

The Regional Manager will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising events and activities, including:

  • Coordinating event logistics and marketing
  • Managing event budgets and resources
  • Ensuring event success and follow-up

Management

The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of volunteers to achieve our mission and goals. This will involve:

  • Recruiting, training, and managing volunteers
  • Developing and implementing volunteer engagement strategies
  • Coordinating with other teams and departments to achieve our mission

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nonprofit management, development, or marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in a nonprofit organization, with a focus on program development, fundraising, and community outreach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
