Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Peak RSG Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for policyholders and adjusters, providing timely and helpful service and updates throughout the claims process.
  2. Promptly respond to customer inquiries, coordinate loss site visits, and dispatch work orders to crews.
  3. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, processing deductibles and invoice payments, and calculating revenue and expenses.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and installation managers to ensure timely completion of projects and exceptional customer experience.
  5. Maintain and update claims in systems software, monitoring claim progression throughout the life of the claim.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Extraordinary organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to administer hundreds of insurance exterior restorations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in an engaging, passionate, and empathetic manner.
  • Promptness, professionalism, and courtesy at all times, with a focus on keeping promises and taking good care of customers.
  • Computer proficiency, with experience navigating XactAnalysis and a Customer Relationship Management system preferred.
