We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AXE IT CONSULTING INC. as a User Support Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
- Research and Troubleshooting: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
- Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
- Problem Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Business Systems Support: Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan provided by AXE IT CONSULTING INC.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
- Language: English.
