Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Unified Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to user issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to resolve user issues.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30-35 hours per week.
