Position Overview

The Ranchland Inn Ltd is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout our facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to verify adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget plans and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
